Menu Selection

To insure the availability of your selections, we request that all menu choices be confirmed one week prior to your function. Buffets are all you can eat, however, due to health department regulations no items may be taken home from the buffet line.

Guest Counts, Deposits and Contract

Private rooms for all functions require a minimum of $300.00 per affair with Friday and Saturday evenings requiring a minimum of $350.00 per affair. The guaranteed guest count is required one week in advance. You will be responsible for paying for the guaranteed number of guests and any number above and beyond this guarantee.

All functions require a deposit of $100.00 to reserve your room. The deposit and signed contract are required at the time the function is booked. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final bill.

Final payment is due on the day of the function by cash, cashier's bank check or credit card. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Details

AFFTERNOON parties will have the use of the room until 4:00 p.m.
EVENING parties will be able to reserve the room from 5:30 p.m.

Decorations are allowed but should be removed by you at the end of your function. There will be a $50.00 charge for the use of confetti or glitter.

With the exception of cake, no outside food or beverage are allowed. We will be happy to cut your special occasion cake at no extra charge.

Prices  include house linen table cloths and napkins. Special order linens are available at an additional charge.

Liquor

All beverages may be purchased on an individual basis, or at your convenience, added to the final bill. Bottles and carafes of wine are available.

Tax and Service Charge

The 8% state sales tax and an 18% service charge are not included in prices and will be added to your final bill.
